Opening Night at Full Figure Fashion Week!

Yesterday was the opening night fashion show of full figured fashion week. Although technically it was work (I have articles due ya'll) I had a blast hanging with Christina from Musings of a Fatshionista and meeting all of the other wonderful fashion bloggers. I met the ladies of Madison Plus, the Big Girl Blog, Diary of a Mad Fatshionista, and another young lady who flew all the way from Paris to be at the event .

There are tons and tons of pictures from the actual fashion show that I need sift through so, when thats done I will post those.

Here is what I wore. I borrowed the idea for this look from the character Kate on Untied States of Tara. I loved the grunge look with the prom dress and I realized I had all the pieces to create the look, so I went for it!

Dress - Torrid, Shirt - Thrifted, Boots - Bed Stu via Urban Outfiters, Bow - Alice Takes a Trip, Necklace - H&M
