How I Became Confident

Thursday, June 7, 2012

One of my most frequently asked questions is how I became confident and after months of promises I finally have a video done. It's a little bit long, but I hope you guys like it. Share your confidence journeys as a video response or in the comments here or on the video.

This was wonderful! Thx for sharing. I can definitely identify with most of it. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger!

Thank you so much for sharing this! I was constantly teased in grammar school because of my weight, so much so that some days I begged my mother to let me stay home. I find myself some times continuing the bullying for them with the thoughts I have. I keep reminding my self to stop and let it go, it's tough at times. Your video will serve as an inspiration to continue to love myself just as I am and to let all the mess go.

Tiff, you are an inspiration. Unfortunately there are some nasty, horrible, judgmental people in this world..
I don't believe it's a reflection you or how you look or your style/ personality, a lot of these people are really unhappy, and powerless in there lives and the bullying makes them feel better about them selves and gives them a power trip, that they can make someone feel worse then they feel.
Keep ur head held high, I think your gorgeous, you have your own unique style which I love and your inspiring others to be there unique selves!
