So it appears I've waited until summer nears it's end before deciding to be trendy and look like a easter egg. Ole Well. I'm slowly warming up to this peplum trend; I love the solid mint top with the sheer lace peplum. I would love a solid black top like this or a black leather top(I won't hold my breath on the leather) for fall. I wasn't huge on pastels like everyone else this spring/summer, but I love the lilac jeans with the mint top because they break up the darkness of my look lately. Someone said I look adorable; I try to avoid that. I paired the look with a pair of grey cut out brogues, my favorite bamboo earrings and kept the lips nude this time to off set all of the color.
I haven't done a detailed review in a while, but in case you're thinking of buying a pair of Simply Be jeans size down. These jeans run big and have a little elastic on the side which give even more room. I had to pull them up above my bully button(where I usually my pants) and use a belt to make them fit as skinny jeans should and not fall down. I did like that the calfs weren't big which is a problem I have with most skinny jeans & trousers. Im case you're wondering I'm wearing the size 26.
