Running Errands! (Outfit)

Hey everybody! This is what I wore yesterday when I went to target with my siblings and mother. It's snow every where here in Chicago so, I wanted some color in my outfit. I'm also loving the ruffles ( I have that skirt in 3 colors). The boots are from Torrid and I have to say I don't recommend them. It was my second time wearing them and they are not comfortable at all. I have them in a size 12 and the fit is fine they are just uncomfortable. This also my first time trying we love colors tights. I started with a basic black pair just to see how they would fit because I have had nothing but trouble with tights in the past. They fit wonderfully. I have had them on a couple hours and they did not slip or fall down. They were easy to put on to; I didn't have to heave hoe to get they up and on. Because I am a 24/26 I ordered them in the EE size. I also like to pull my tights all the way up so, that size helps with that. They also feel very durable and they are very opaque. At any rate here are the pictures.
